  • 3 cups of Fully cream milk
  • 1 cup of Tant Sannie se Melktert
  • 200ml Flour
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 60ml Sugar & 10ml cinnamon (Cinnamon Sugar)


Heat the milk and Tant Sannie se Melktert on a moderate heat. Be careful not to burn the milk. Sift flour and salt together. Take a very small amount of water to make the dough damp and make small balls, using the tips of your fingers. Add mix to the milk mixture and stir continuously until the mixture has thickened and the dough balls are cooked. Serve with Cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
