Tant' Sannie B-52 Cocktail Shooter
The B-52 cocktail, named after the B-52s band, is an eye-catching layered shot composed of a coffee liqueur, a cream liqueur, and an orange-flavoured liqueur. When prepared properly, the ingredients separate into three distinctly visible layers. This cocktail looks fancy, but it’s ridiculously easy to make. It may be a bit rich to drink all night, but the caffeine kick will definitely help you stay awake past midnight, while the delicious dessert flavours of Tant Sannie se Melktert liqueur gives it a luxurious touch.
Ingredients
- 1/3 shot or 15 ml coffee liqueur such as Afrian Secret.
- 1/3 shot or 15 ml Tant Sannie se Melktert liqueur
- 1/3 shot or 15 ml orange liqueur like triple sec
METHOD
Pour the three drinks into a chilled shot glass with the coffee liqueur in first followed by the Tant Sannie se Melktert liqueur and finally the orange liqueur. A good tip is to slowly pour the liquid on the back of a spoon for perfect layering.
